About Lahiru Bandara,

Lahiru Bandara brings over 15 years of strategic leadership experience to his role as Executive Director of Brightfield Training Center. With expertise in organizational development and educational innovation, he has played a key role in shaping Brightfield into a trusted learning institution in the UAE.

In addition to his role at Brightfield, Lahiru serves as Executive Director of United Stars Group, where he oversees multiple ventures across diverse industries. His dual leadership roles reflect his commitment to excellence in both business and education.

Lahiru holds an MBA from Oxford Brookes University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the International College of Business and Technology. His academic foundation and hands-on leadership approach allow him to guide Brightfield’s vision with clarity, purpose, and integrity.
